I’ve been renting a storage unit at this storage facility for a long time, and needed to switch to a smaller unit. This is the first time that I got to meet, and interact, with the office manager, Kim, and her assistant, Vanessa. They are awesome! In all the years I have been with this storage facility, I have never met two nicer, friendlier, more knowledgeable, kind, willing to help find the right size unit, very professional employees. They answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! And Helped me find the right size unit! If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend SmartStop in Jupiter. Kim, the office manager and Vanessa, assistant, are Top Notch. Their units are very clean, inside and out, the facility is very secure, and is located in a safe area. Check them out if you are in need of a 5 star storage facility.

My experience was great. Someone called me right after I had signed up for a unit to follow up and inform me of their hours and see if I had any questions. The check in experience to get locks, gate code and unit number was really great staff was beyond friendly and made sure I knew where my unit was and explained everything. He also ensured my code worked to get in and out. I would highly recommend!

Full five stars, and then some. I originally reached out to another local competing storage location (It begins with a PS), and got transferred and even hung up on. SmartStop was always friendly, helpful and efficient. Better prices too. I was at the Jupiter location yesterday and was impressed by the empoloyee who was very helpful, the facilty (In a very safe area) was very clean inside and out, seemed very secure, and they were helpful in helping me estimate the right size unit under climate controlled sonditions. Even providing assistance as I moved a truck load of stuff inside. Glad I chose the AC units as it was a very hot day. I am VERY fortunate to have foumd this place.

Renter beware! I rented a storage unit less than 2 months ago. The rental fee was $89 a month. Without notice, they’ve increased my rate to $199 a month, and charged my card without any notice! I’ve left several messages for James, property manager, with no response. I do not recommend this location.
