Courtney was informative and very helpful in my quest to quickly obtain two large storage spaces. I respect and re-use companies who are organized, allow for person-to-person contact, and follow up if I have accidentally missed something. This place is clean and secure with a clear protocol, easy to follow instructions, and follow up, if necessary. You are not bombarded with contact and there is no upsale, but are helped by a local employee when you need it. Highly recommended

The place was extremely clean; pricing of unit that was purchased for rent was an absolute steal. Customer service was exquisite, quite efficient, and very nice. This place literally supports all storage needs and sets the standards that other storage establishments should follow. Also the name of the employee who assisted us was named Liz, she really was very helpful and quite kind. It made it feel like a welcoming experience.

The people here work really hard and are very friendly. I especially like Courtney who always greets everyone with a smile and makes the place feel like home. This review is for store number 0422 at 3708 W BEARSS AVE, Tampa. I just rented a storage unit there and Courtney assisted me in the process. I can’t say enough regarding how helpful Courtney was. She is professional, pleasant, and took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had. She placed me on a waiting list for the size unit and location in the facility I wanted and called me the next day since, fortunately, one was available. I told her I was a bit pressed for time the next couple of days and she explained that wasn’t an issue, as everything could be done using the link provided in the email that she sent me. I Completed all of the rental items online a few days later and to my surprise, she phoned about an hour after I had finished and wanted to make sure everything went correctly and smoothly. It’s customer service like this that brings people back time and again. Regarding the facility itself, this is the second time I have rented a storage unit there and it is first class: carts are readily available, the facility is always kept clean, secure, and the AC and humidity are kept just right. I would highly recommend this facility over others in the area.

Courtney is the manager and is absolutely wonderful. Great personality very accommodating. Unfortunately the companies greedy and constantly increases the prices and forces you to come up with innovative means to keep from continually paying $20 to$40 more every time they get a whim to increase the price. The only way you can lock in the price for a year is by paying in advance for an entire year. Wonderful manager greedy greedy greedy company!
