Jennifer was super when i went in last...

Jennifer was super when i went in last week to secure and pay for our unit. I also bought a lock. Then yesterday When movers got to our unit yesterday there was a lock on our empty unit. Not our lock. I went and got the girl at the desk and she unlocked it. Not too friendly. But all went well, Place is clean and well secured. Price is very fair. Will use again if needed.

came to unload a full rented 20' truck...

came to unload a full rented 20' truck of boxes etc and we could not get into my unit that I had paid for a week earlier. The problem was the person in charge was not there....office locked. She showed up two hours later after many calls to management. She said she had stepped out for a quick lunch. Unlocked unit and immediately left again(saying she had to pay her dinner bill).....we could not get a cart to help unload. We were there for several more hours and she never reappeared!
