DARBY is the best store manager at Extra storage..I have dealt with 2 different locations and she is the BEST and most helpful. She CARES about the customer and is willing to do everything in her power to help out. When you come in ask for Darby.

Easy to rent, easy to find and get everything set up. Clean and well lit facility, and access via app makes entry much easier than having to type in the code. The rental office is fantastic - called me back right away when I had a change in plans. It’s nice to know there is support if ever I need more assistance with the unit.

Jen and Nelson are awesome! They made the renting process extremely easy and painless. Both are very professional and courteous a vast difference from using Public Storage. I love that the units are inside with temperature control as well as access to hand trucks to load and unload items needed for my nonprofit. The supplies keep me from having to go to another store for boxes. The location is always very clean.
