Average could be better

The storage I have is supposed to be climate controlled the moment I stepped in the facility it was hot, hotter than outside. No air conditioning coming from anywhere. On top of that I don’t believe anyone every goes through and gets rid of the spiders or webs because they were everywhere including inside my storage that should’ve been free from any insects. Kinda defeats the purpose of having climate controlled.

We chose this location from selfstorage.com becauseit was conveniently located and the online price was right. We received acknowledgment of our request the very next day.
