Rented a unit, and no one has been around to get ahold of. The unit I rented had a hole to the outside and was dirty. Literally could not get ahold of anyone on the property to help me, and the Extra Space corporate number makes it basically impossible to get ahold of an actual person. I ended up having to go to another location, where the gentleman was very helpful in signing me up for a unit, which I then had to pay more for, but wasn’t sure how to get me a refund for my other one. So I’m still waiting for my refund. So far have not been impressed with this company.

I had the privilege of speaking with Jean. I think she was at the Riverside location. She was fantastic, gave me a lot of tips on what things to do for my storage unit as well as some good food tips. So she's wonderful. I would rate her five star every day.

I was exceptionally pleased with Ms. Jeanne customer service. I had to select a different unit at another location due to no fault of her own, I selected the wrong location upon booking as I am not from Georgia! However, Ms. Jeanne not only went above and beyond by ensuring my correct location was selected, she also called the correct location and spoke with the manager there! Ms. Jeanne has exceptional interpersonal skills and I enjoyed her! Please if you're near and is need of a new storage unit, please check this location out. My wife and I arranged to go store our motorcycles for the summer online at the end of March earlier this year. When we arrived today to get the key it was found that someone had taken our unit and put their stuff in it… to solve this potential problem Jeanne their store manager and Bonita calmly and efficiently solved the problem,found us another unit and corrected the paperwork. Excellent service and problem solving by both Jeanne and Bonita..thank you🙏

The facility itself is great, and most of the employees have been professional and helpful. However, my recent interaction with Deborah was one of my worst experiences here. I understand she may be newer, but during our discussion about rate increases, she stated that storage fees only increase once per year. In our case, the rate was raised twice within a year, and when I pointed out the discrepancy, the conversation became tense. I explained that if the issue could not be resolved, I would consider pursuing legal options, and she said she felt threatened. Additionally, she refused to provide me with the corporate contact number when I requested it, and the call was ended multiple times before the matter could be properly addressed. My goal is simply to resolve what I believe is an inaccurate statement and handle this billing concern in a professional and respectful way.
