The facility itself is great, and most of the employees have been professional and helpful. However, my recent interaction with Deborah was one of my worst experiences here. I understand she may be newer, but during our discussion about rate increases, she stated that storage fees only increase once per year. In our case, the rate was raised twice within a year, and when I pointed out the discrepancy, the conversation became tense. I explained that if the issue could not be resolved, I would consider pursuing legal options, and she said she felt threatened. Additionally, she refused to provide me with the corporate contact number when I requested it, and the call was ended multiple times before the matter could be properly addressed. My goal is simply to resolve what I believe is an inaccurate statement and handle this billing concern in a professional and respectful way.

My wife and I arranged to go store our motorcycles for the summer online at the end of March earlier this year. When we arrived today to get the key it was found that someone had taken our unit and put their stuff in it… to solve this potential problem Jeanne their store manager and Bonita calmly and efficiently solved the problem,found us another unit and corrected the paperwork. Excellent service and problem solving by both Jeanne and Bonita..thank you🙏
