I ended up waiting for nearly an hour to be assisted even though I was the first person to come into the office. The clerk who was there kept pushing my needs back to assist others who came in after me stating that "Their stuff won't take that long." He assisted 4 other customers prior to getting my storage unit taken care of. Aside from that, the transaction went fairly well. I love that there is controlled access to the gate entrance, as well as the storage building, and feel secure that my items are safe.

John the owner of this facility is extremely helpful. He greeted me with a warm/ friendly smile when I walked into the building and was just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend people storage to others.
