While I have not yet rented a unit, I have to comment on the service received from the manager on duty Miss Shandrea. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. She was polite and professional and we are looking forward to doing business with Mini Storage Depot.

Shandrea explained everything wonderfully from pricing down to showing the size unit I would possibly need. I thought she was the property manager on how she handles the business and carried herself (which she should be). If you’re looking for a clean air controlled storage this is the spot to rent from with excellent pricing! Leave Public Storage alone like I did.

Shandrea is such an amazing, friendly person and has incredible customer service! Very pleasant and enjoyable to speak to and went above and beyond trying to help find the best solution for my situation. Julie was there when I vacated my unit as well and was just as friendly and helpful. They were very flexible in working with my unique situation and very understanding. The facility is EXTREMELY clean and well maintained and the prices are absolutely the best. Even competitors down the street were nearly 2 times the price for the same unit size. 11/10 would recommend!

Julie is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever come across. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about her job, explains everything clearly, and still manages to keep a great, natural conversation going. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable—even offering light snacks to help keep me moving, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her energy is BIG, warm, and welcoming, and you can truly feel how much she loves her job and cares about her customers. That kind of service is rare these days. She also made sure to highlight the top-notch security, which gave me real peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Between the cleanliness, security, and outstanding customer service, this location stands out in the best way. If you’re looking for storage in Lithonia, Mini Storage Depot is the place to go—and Julie Gray is a true gem. I would absolutely recommend this location 10/10.
