Professional experience with good customer service. The units look and seem a little run down and in need of upgrades.

Connie is an asset to your company. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. Within an hour after reserving my unit online, to my surprise Connie called to confirm my reservation and provided me with the office hours to make sure someone would be there when I arrived. Upon arrival, although assisting another customer, Connie immediately acknowledged my presence. The unit walk through, explanation of gate security and paperwork process was timely and thorough. Connie turned what I thought would be an unpleasant experience into a "Wonderful Experience" and for that I am grateful. She provided excellent customer service which exceeded my expectations.
