Yvonne was great! I had to downsize into a smaller unit and she helped me find the closest unit possible. Also when I arrived that morning she let me know of a recently vacated unit which was almost $30 cheaper a month. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend using this storage facility.

Yvonne, the Property Manager, has been incredibly helpful on every level. My first encounter with her - after I had visited some other properties - I knew she would make a point to find me the perfect unit. And she did just that! She goes out of her way to assist - even with the smallest of requests. Thanks Yvonne - your professionalism shines brightly every day. I truly appreciate everything you do!

It has been great so far...I have been using Public Storage since 1997 off and on for both personal storage and for several businesses I have owned. The staff at the Public Storage on Piedmont is awesome!
