Carly was awesome. I literally asked her 1000 questions and she answered each and every one with such professionalism. She made me feel welcomed and even though this was my first time using storage she made everything sound easy and it took a lot of stress off of me. This place is clean and the lights are bright you don’t feel like you’re in a creepy place. Thanks Carly, it’s not everyday you come across someone who truly cares about there customers!

I rented a unit with Extra Space Storage on Touhy for a few months during the summer. My experience with Extra Space Storage was wonderful from beginning to end! The customer service was great! I contacted the office several times with questions, and they answered my questions AND followed up with me several times to ensure that I had resolution. The building itself is clean and comfortable. My unit was easy to access each time I stopped by. I signed up for the unit online, and it was ready for me to use immediately. I was also able to cancel the unit online, and this too was simple. I will definitely use Extra Space Storage again should I need to store anything! I definitely recommend them!
