Checking in was easy and I like not having a person do it and I can use my phone or the large touch screen they had onsite. I gave it 3.5 starts because the unit lock was hard to open and when I called customer service, that didn't help at all. I thought she would have offered me another unit but she just suggest I try to get it open. The lock was rusted and I will use my own so I don't run into problems with the lock later. I know it's a pull up but it was not the best inside and its the worst I've seen. It will do for now, I will have to add shelves inside to keep my items from getting wet from when it rains.Full Review

Super easy move in with very friendly staff, the facility is very clean and feels safe both for my stuff in storage and for myself when I am at my unit. The only little issue I had was I wasn't informed beforehand that I would need to bring proof of insurance for my possessions being stored at the facility or pay for their insurance, but a call to my insurance company and an email from them solved that issue. just took some extra time.
You have to go to the other location (about 8 minutes away) to pick up the truck if you need it to move in, cost $10 plus gas to use but well worth it and it is easy to drive.Full Review

it was quick and easy to get my unit and the unit it a reasonable price with easy access and it's climate controlled too. I'm very happy and I like that access is limited until 9pm as to control security. I also like that someone is there to Watch the units 24/7.
