I have never had a more pleasant experience dealing with the staff at a public storage facility. Paula is an absolute treasure and is the sole reason I will be doing business with this location. She has been so friendly, helpful, compassionate, and easy to talk to. During my time here, I witnessed Paula effectively managing several issues at once. Not only did she do a great job dealing with customers while the computer systems were rebooting and updating, but she also ensured everyone was well taken care of and left happily. Not only did she excel in customer service, but she also was cleaning the facility and ensuring the safety of us and our belongings. I highly recommend this facility for this reason. I can rest easy knowing that someone like her is there watching over the facility. It makes doing business here worth every penny.

Paula at 830 steel st in Elgin , il is so helpful and knowledgeable, went to move out on Sunday but no one was in the office, multiple phone calls to customer service no answer, left a voicemail and Paula called me back on Tuesday saying she was off. And I explained her the situation and she was very informatively. If it wasn’t for her I would probably take my business elsewhere. She is a good worker who care about her customers! 10/10
