The sign in process seemed excessive on…
The sign in process seemed excessive on line,wasn't sure what to fill out and what to pass on . Carolyn was very helpful, couldn't have done it without her. She was very resourceful, especially without internet that day. I still don't have remote access with app working yet. It says welcome Paula, gate is open, yet gate does not open on either phone. On the digital readout at keypad.

Unit size I wanted was unavailable, but my agent (William?) found me a larger one in a facility nearby at the same price
Over all a great experience
Return my call the same day..and arranged a day to visit storage facility..all made very easy..after discussing my storage needs with Maria the store manager who was very professional and easy to talk with..she walked me through all my options and I booked my unit..Will be moving in soon..over all a great experience..thank you Maria.
