Fantastic place to srore your boat for the summer or the whole year. Prices are reasonable. Very secure and they have washing and potable water facilties. Cant beat it. nothing else is as good in the negihborhood. Super close to the Chain of Lakes. !!!! Service is the best !

Amazing facility, leaps and bounds above other self storage facilities — especially for large vehicle parking. There’s nothing like it for truck or RV storage in the area. After facing some issues with the facility I was storing a converted school bus, Peter helped me move in (over the phone, no contact) the same day I reached out. On a Sunday at 5pm! It’s all very new, and well designed. Easy to maneuver, and has a opened, covered, and enclosed options. The area is also well engineered, and looks like it has flood prevention and great security systems. Would absolutely recommend.

I was fortunate to get an RV spot when they first opened several years ago. I subsequently added a 10x15 unit as well. The facility is great; its always secure, clean and well maintained. Love that they added a vacuum and air compressor to fill my RV and motorcycle tires. Good communication when you have a question and just a great place to use.
