KENRODTerrible experience. Prices increase as they please, yet the property is poorly maintained and visibly neglected. For what they’re pocketing in storage fees, you’d expect much better upkeep and professionalism. Management is useless and shockingly unaware of basic information like their own customer hotline. Completely unacceptable. Will not return nor would I recommend. Plenty of other options to choose from and that's the beauty of being a well informed consumer!
Janet MachinHORRIBLE COMPANY MY RV WAS STOLEN FROM THERE PREPORTY AND I WAS NEVER CALLED! I FOUND OUT WHEN COPS CALLED ME LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY FOUND IT. AND THEY KEPT SENDING EMAILS WITH THE MONTHLY AND LATE FEES. AT THE END ALL THEY DID WAS SAY WE ARE CLOSING YOU ACCOUNT.
