Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.

It was fairly easy to select the kind of storage we needed and the date. My only feedback is that there should be transparency in all of the fees so people can have a true understanding about the monthly cost as well as the upfront amount
