Easy process

Am storing my boat there, met the manager there and inspected where the boat would be stored, dropped off the boat and went to office and did the paperwork which was fast and easy and so far so good!

The customer service was the best, we had Chrissi and she was great.

We were so pleased with the facility. It was clean and the perfect size for our needs and the price was the very best, after much research. Add in the moving dolly and the use of the moving truck and we saved so much money. Best of all was the customer service, Chrissi was great!

TITANIC STORAGE

I had a unit and it flooded. At first, I thought that this was just a little leak around the door - but as I started moving things the water just kept going back. It appear that it was leaking from the front, back and the side. This defective unit ruined tons of my family's personal items. The manager was unwilling to rectify the situation or offer any assistance in resolving my unacceptable conditions. Horrible experience!! Unless you are attempting to grow mold I would advise you stay clear of this facility at all cost.
