We love this place! We have been with them for about a year and a half. Friendly staff make a huge difference. They are always helpful and so nice! I’m going to miss them when we leave but I hope they know we are grateful for the time we had them 😊 I would definitely be using them again if I need to and recommend them to everyone I know.

I would NEVER recommend this place! I rented a space from them for a little over 2 years. When we finished putting our stuff in and went to close the door it was broken. I called and let them know. I was told it would be fixed the next day. That was a complete lie. I have paid over $5,000.00 for this unit to keep my stuff safe. When I went back this past weekend, I noticed that everything inside was destroyed. After speaking with several supervisors, I was finally transferred to a Mgr. I was then informed that the door wasn't fixed the next day, it stayed broken for over a month. Not only did they fail to be honest and inform me about the door, but they also failed to contact me to tell me their employees knocked over our stuff to fix the door...but in reality the person that fixed the door decided to go through our stuff, steal what they could, left what they destroyed and now they are refusing to do anything about it because it was a "maintenance" issue. So I paid every month for over 2 years thinking my stuff was safe, when in fact it wasn't. Not only did I lose extremely expensive items, but I also lost items that can never be replaced. I've called and filed complaints and claims and still haven't received any response until today when they denied my claim. Don't trust them, they steal your stuff and destroy it.

Jordan was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff for the 3 years I rented my unit. Any issues j had they worked with me to the best of their ability. I highly recommend! Especially if you move out of state and need a unit here. Jordan went above and beyond!
