Asked to be sure I understood how big the unit was since I'd never rented before. Showed me the unit and made sure I was okay with it.Full Review
The Customer Service at this facility is non-existent. I started out by renting a lot to park my RV. Website advertises how the facility is well lit and has cameras. My RV was vandalized twice and when I informed the facility they said it was between me and the Police. Final straw for me was when I rented a storage locker and paid my bill in person and two weeks later I came to access my unit and found a red lock on it to prevent me from getting in. When I asked about it I was told that I had to sign and update my lease. I had a truck rented and people hired to help unload my stuff and even though my bill was paid, I had to lose all that money because of a paperwork issue. I called corporate office and they couldn't care less. They gave me an email address to complain too and they didn't even bother to answer my email. If I pay my bill then I expect to have access to my locker. You can find storage places in town with a lot better customer service than this. I would tread lightly if you plan on doing business with these people. Not customer friendly at all.Full Review

Frequently asked questions

Nicholasville, KY Car Storage Tips

Most Common Types of Car Storage

Indoor storage - Much like traditional self-storage, indoor storage units are the safest, most secure option for your vehicle, however because of that they are also the most expensive. Prices do vary by size, and some small cars/motorcycles can fit in a 10x10 or 10x15 unit, but your average size automobile will require a 10x20 unit.

Outdoor storage - Outdoor storage ranges from an unpaved lot to a dedicated parking spot on the facility grounds. Typically these spots are uncovered, however some outdoor options do have canopies you can park under. These spots will cost more than their uncovered counterpart, but they are still a much cheaper option than indoor vehicle storage.
