The Manager Ashley was amazing ! her customer service was outstanding. The facility is secure, very clean and by the looks of it, very well maintained.
Great Tool
Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.

Booking process was very easy online. Unit was ready on move in day. Staff was friendly and helpful, showing us to the unit and making sure we had all we needed.
