I called them with some questions within a half hour he called me back. Very pleasant and easy to talk he explained everything to me. I signed up on line was real easy to do. Loved the indoor location easy to get to there were 2 carts at the door to use to transport my totes. I was very impressed with Kennebec Storage I would highly recommend them! Plus they have several locations.

Been using this place for a couple years now and haven’t been impressed. They’ve increased their prices 3 times since I started using their services. From $89 to $120. Plus there are mice on the premises and they turned all my soft storage items into beds and nests. Had to throw out so much of my stuff because there was so much mouse feces all over everything. Wouldn’t bother using this place anymore. For the price you pay per month, I’d expect to NOT have to deal with this. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere your stuff won’t get destroyed.
