I would like to thank Crystal for being so professional, friendly and helpful with the storage problem I had the day I came to the office. If I could give her more than 5 stars I wouldn’t have no problem giving her 6 stars. Crystal I would like to Thank You for your Help.
⭐ 1 Star – Don’t believe the hype
Don’t believe the hype. This place is terrible.
Storage units like these suck and honestly shouldn’t exist in their current form. They are not designed for long-term storage, yet people are encouraged to keep paying month after month with no real protection for their belongings.
If you don’t have a clear move-out date within a reasonable 3–6 month timeframe, my honest advice is to skip storage entirely. You’re better off giving your belongings to a family in need or posting them for free to neighbors. What feels like your loss can easily become someone else’s blessing.
After about six months, items can become moldy, damaged, or deteriorated, and they won’t be in the same condition as when you stored them. At that point, you’re just throwing away hard-earned money.
Instead of places like this, there should be transfer-style storage options where people can categorize what they’re storing and either sell items online or in person or gift them to families in need before the next payment cycle—ideally at least two weeks before the next billing date.
This facility only cares about collecting money, not about the condition or value of your belongings. Automatic payments make it worse—they’ll drain your account without regard for what’s happening to your stored items.
I regret storing my belongings here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
When I arrived Crystal was busy doing “lock checks” but stopped and returned to the office to assist me. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. Thanks for removing the stress of this process!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Currently a Customer — Leaving Soon
I am still renting with Public Storage, but I will be leaving as soon as possible due to terrible treatment and complete lack of professionalism.
On December 1, the same day my dad passed away, I believed I would be able to remove my belongings. I arrived at the storage location well before business hours hoping to speak with someone and get assistance during an extremely difficult moment. Instead, I was met by the person they call a manager, who was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, showing no empathy or respect whatsoever.
They do not offer prorated rent, even when customers are facing job loss, loss of family, or financial hardship. This rigid billing practice disproportionately harms vulnerable people and goes against the spirit of consumer protection laws meant to prevent unfair or exploitative practices.
Their contracts rely on automatic renewals, with no option to renew month-to-month in person. This removes meaningful choice and raises serious concerns about clear consent and transparency, which are core principles of contract and consumer law.
When storage becomes long-term, belongings deteriorate due to enclosure conditions (drive-up or roll-up units). Items become damaged or wasted, and Public Storage takes no responsibility, despite general legal expectations that businesses exercising control over customer property must provide reasonable care.
The customer service is horrible overall. Staff are unreachable, calls go unanswered, and when you do get someone, they are often disrespectful and unwilling to help. There is no compassion for people experiencing hardship, which completely destroys community trust.
These practices — inflexible billing, automatic contracts, lack of accountability, and disrespectful customer service — create a system that punishes people already under financial strain. Not to mention they raise their prices every few months.
Treating people with no regard for their circumstances is unacceptable, and I hope Public Storage rethinks these policies before more customers are harmed.
If you see the reviews, it only comments on Crystal (who is helpful), none of the reviews comment on the facilities themselves (which is utter trash). Unlike other Public Storage which requires getting past two levels of passcode protected gates then the locks of the units themselves, there's a fence that you can literally climb over. There are potholes everywhere and some plywood for a roof to "protect" your things. No security cameras, no elevator, no climate control, ROACHES. There's limited access to dollies/carts to move your stuff. No designated parking, doors to get in -and-out of units are easily obstructed by cars.
Only go here if you have no other options.
