The place smells like homeless people are living in there. No restrooms since they are always locked. If you got a fair price for a unit in the beginning just wait awhile and they will raise it though the roof to as much as 50% of the original fee offered with or without a reduced offer. I paid full price to start without an offer and now more. Don't fall for the bait. The door on my unit was jammed and would not open or close properly. Nothing was done about it but a suggestion to move out. Over all I would not suggest anyone use this service.Full Review
Customer service was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would suggest bring a lock and mattress cover before you bring your items into the property. The locks are $20 and you can get a cheaper and better lock at Walmart. Otherwise a overall good experience.Clean and easy access to the facility. Purchase your items before hand, like locks covers etc. They are at the storage office for purchase, but you can get them cheaper elsewhere. You also have to consider in the price, insurance which is required. I suggest taking measurements on the items you are storing to insure your not paying for a larger unit than you need.Full Review

As I drove to the facility I was surprised by the crowds of homeless on the sidewalks surrounding the place. It did make me second guess but once we entered the place we were fine. Storage rooms are always in les desirable areas so I continued in and once in we felt fine about the place. They were very helpful and clean.Full Review

Was a bit concerned that it is a basement in town and ceiling height (told at least 7.5'or+ but I mean rather than 9-10'), and parking & entry access is not like your average big commercial chain facility, but went to see it. Glad I did! It is bright, very clean, dry (no smells at all), and whole space is climate controlled; staff are helpful, someone is available by phone for help when office is closed; price is competitive; and so far the minor work-arounds have actually been OK. There is a ramp, a lift (not a full commercial elevator but my stuff has so far fit fine), carts & hand truck, wide corridors; area feels pretty safe (& you can see the police station from either entrance); preferred access hours are already longer than some places plus there is an option for more flexibility. 3-month minimum stay is no big deal for average use -- who ever gets all their stuff pared down as fast as hoped?, plus renters of small spaces need some on-going off-site storage even after done moving anyway for out-of-season things, which costs way less than rent of bigger living space. For me, it is super convenient to where I work so I can stop off on way to or from. For others, easy enough to get to via a few ways on local roads and any of 3 exits off 95/128 or, from areas East, West or South of Wakefield, via several main roads. I would -- in fact I already did -- recommend it to a friend.Full Review

The manger couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Such a pleasure. But moving in was horrible. The carts are so small even small dresser doesn't fit resulting in many more trips (and time). But one couldn't use a larger cart because there was only one single elevator. Getting large furniture like a couch was a bear. Awful time - dread moving out!Full Review
