Great service, thorough staff

Moved abruptly and had to store my excess boxes somewhere before I moved into a more permanent residence. Book a reservation without needing a credit or debit card until my things were in a storage unit, was given thorough information on the space, and a lock for 25% off. Great experience (except with the carts, the parking lot is uneven so things kept falling off. Otherwise great experience!!)
