Andy was super welcoming and helpful. He gave us a tour of the facility, showed us how to use the access code and showed us how to access the loading dock, trolleys and moving ladders. The locker had the exact dimensions listed on the website, it was clean and the lock was in the locker waiting for us. There are cameras all around so that made us feel like our stuff would be safe. Overall, Andy made this as straight forward as possible and we were able to store our belongings right away.
