This was my first experience using a storage unit. Needed to store items during sale and move of household. My primary concern in looking at places was that it needed to be clean- my unit was SUPER CLEAN. Also storing art and upholstered items that i didnt want to get ruined, or smell damp/musty so I was happy these units were climate controlled. No problems at all. Secure access with coded entry at gate and in the building. I was able to do all the paperwork online. The staff was easy to work with and helpful with answering questions.
