The team at Extra Space Storage is incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful! Robert Lantz at the Marshfield, MA location it’s an EXCELLENT professional. He’s consistently gone above and beyond — truly a great person to deal with. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and very professional. I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the pricing is for the amount of space you get. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage — not just to family and friends, but to anyone who wants a clean, reliable storage solution with exceptional customer service.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I’ve always dealt with Robert Lantz at the Marshfield, Ma location and he’s just a great guy and always there to help. The facility is immaculate, clean, and very professional. The prices are also much better than I expected for the space you get. I’d highly recommend Extra Space Storage to family & friends, but really to anyone looking for a storage facility that’s easy to deal with and great prices!

I thought the price that was advertised online was so cheap! I should’ve known they would be a catch. The thing is, my storage space is smaller than a closet. Instead of a 5 x 5 space it’s more like a 3 x 5 space. It’s extremely small. They are only open till 10 PM and there is no one on site after four or 5 PM. So if you wanna go in there, you’re going in alone. The building is a typical storage facility . Super creepy vibes. Lol. But again, the storage space is just extremely small. And not as advertised. Oh, and by the way, the first month was not free.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and not only was the online reservation easy to navigate, but the staff are super pleasant and accommodating as well. Really pleased with my experience thus far. Would highly recommend.
