Rental fee increased after only a short stay by 50%

The place smells like homeless people are living in there. No restrooms since they are always locked. If you got a fair price for a unit in the beginning just wait awhile and they will raise it though the roof to as much as 50% of the original fee offered with or without a reduced offer. I paid full price to start without an offer and now more. Don't fall for the bait. The door on my unit was jammed and would not open or close properly. Nothing was done about it but a suggestion to move out. Over all I would not suggest anyone use this service.

The storage area was clean and secure

Tiffany was really nice with getting my new storage unit. The price per month was excellent. I’m so happy that I called because it was the best price around.
