Wha a smooth move-in! Went to this location and found the General Manager Bill, he was sooo helpful, helped to get to my unit, get me the freight elevator, walked me to the unit, got me trolleys and all… Really cared about making sure we have everything we need to move! Even attached the extra key to my car key for me! Can’t make this up, this is TOO TIER customer service!

After several frustrating meetings with other storage facilities, I unexpectedly drove past the CubeSmart on Swampscott Road in Salem. I met with the General Manager, Bill about my storage needs. He was AMAZING! He took the time to listen to both my short term and long term needs and then recommended what he thought would work best for me. He walked me down to view two lockers and showed me their accessibility to the freight elevator. The paperwork and payment was smooth and Bill explained everything along the way. I cannot say enough about my experience with Bill and would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone with storage needs!

First time renting a storage unit and the process was very easy! I reserved my unit online and was able to complete all paperwork easily. I arrived the next day and Bill was very helpful and thorough. He showed me to my unit and went over usage of the freight elevator, lights, and policies. He even put my key right on my car key. Definitely recommend!

4 stars only because it isn't air conditioned units! Bill was extremely helpful in helping me find the right unit for the things I need to store, we walked through the options and found an optimal location with ease of access. We have stored on and off here over the years and never had issues.

I only wish I would give more stars! I am very pleased with the kind and compassionate service I recently received at the Salem location of Cube Smart. I hope Bill, the general Manager is very well taken care of because he left a very impressive impression. When we arrived, there had been a misunderstanding and we thought we wouldn’t be able to get a storage locker. Without expunging too many details, I was having an emergency. Bill could have easily turned us away and he chose to help instead. Not only did he get me set up quickly and efficiently, he gave us lots of tips to save us any future grief. Cube smart as a company so far seems to be very good and I would highly recommend their services. Thanks Bill!
