Worst experience ever. My brother had rented this space for about a year and we were moving him out today. When we opened the door, so much of the ceiling had come off and was ALL over their stuff. It was disgusting. We had to spend tons of extra time wiping all of their stuff off, and even then furniture like their couch still had stains on it after being dusted. When we went to talk to the employees and see if they could get refunded or reimbursed for any of the damages, they said there was nothing they could do and quickly shifted the blame. Very disappointed with what happened the lack of customer service.
Deborah VaillancourtPrice gouging going on here. I rented a 10 x 15 unit starting last June 1st for $190/month. There was a price hike to $260/month in September. I just received another notice that the rate is going to $345/month starting in March. Needless to say I am looking for another company.
