The cameras make me feel protected, and the staff has been super helpful anytime I’ve needed something. My unit is easy to access, and I’ve never had any issues with pests, leaks, or strange smells. Overall, it’s been a reliable, safe, and stress-free place to store my things. Highly recommend!

WATER DAMAGED!!!! I just moved out of a 10x10 storage unit at the Abington location and I am disgusted. Paid approximately $10,000 in storage fees which escalated immediately after first month. They just use those prices to get you in there then it almost doubled by the end of the first year. Didn’t get insurance so I have no recourse, I’m sick to my stomach. BEWARE!!! Water damage. ALL of my furniture is water damaged and basically needs to be replaced. My bed is black on the end of the bed from water damage. Most of the boxes the were bent and collapsed from water damage. End tables, bedroom set black from water damage. it’s disgusting. Now I paid all that money for nothing. I have to replace everything anyway. Guy kept demanding a 5 star review?! I wouldn’t give it 1 star! Total ripoff!!

AliciaHad to stop by storage on a cold night and struggled getting the latch undone for my unit. Called the office and Mike was kind enough to come help me. Realized it was user error unfortunately, but he was so kind to come out in the cold and show me how to get the latch undone. Much, much appreciated!!
