I don't understand why I'm paying over $100 per month for "secure" storage when every single time I go there, the second gate is always wide open. What's the point of having security cameras, a code to open the gate, and barbed wire on the top of the fence when the other gate is open to the general public? I could find a random parking lot and leave my RV there free and have as much security. Sometimes DTE is there working in the back, and I'm sure that will be the excuse as to why it's open, except there was nobody working back there this weekend, and the gate is still open.

Was looking for a place to store my RV. This place is near my house and the prices were reasonable so I first started out the process by attempting to book online. However the website did not allow online booking for the spot I was interested in. This is for a 27 ft travel trailer. Next I tried calling the number listed on the website. I called three times each time it went to voicemail. The voicemail suggested I either leave a message or text different number given in rhe voicemail. I ended up texting the number. About 2 hours I heard back. I was encouraged to attempt to book online. Of course I had already tried that and had called the number suggested by the website. I texted the number back and forming them of this and did not receive a response. Seems this place isn't very interested in renting out their spaces. Ended up going elsewhere. Storage place up m37. Red flags from the get-go.
