After reserving a storage unit online, the property manager Alex reached out to me to schedule a good time for us to come out and tour the facility. Alex got us all set up with our unit and made sure any of our questions were completely answered, which helped us decide to pass a few closer storage options. Then after completely filling our unit he assisted us with another unit. With that, the way he takes care of the facility and his guests makes this complex worth checking out. You will not be let down!

Everyone I have dealings with at Public ...

Everyone I have dealings with at Public Storage have been great. I deal with customers in my occupation and I know how valuable customer service is. I used Public Storage approximately 15 years ago and did not receive this type of customer service. This is now a completely new experience. Nice job!!
