The person currently in charge of this location is absolutely wonderful. The service was extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. The terms and expectations of my rental was thoroughly explained and I couldn't have had a better experience.

Sara was most accommodating and very...

Sara was most accommodating and very knowledgeable about the company. She was very helpful and had an upbeat personality which made my move into storage very pleasant. She was very professional and also helped us with pallets in our unit. I will definitely recommend this storage unit any chance I get. Thanks Sara! ?

Exceptional staff

Exceptional staff, although my appt was scheduled, and i arrived and the door to office was locked, and staff person was on the phone, i stood out in sub below weather for around 5 to 10 minutes, she was apoligetic, but i feel perhaps the person on line could have been put on hold for the few steps it would have taken to come and allow me to enter the warm office...otherwise good experience..i was taken aback at the extra cost of the lock and keys and the monthly insurance you had to purchase, it was not stated on the website..rather disheartening..but the staff were excellent ..
