I’ve been a customer of Extra Space Storage since September 2025. Andrea, the Site Manager has been great to work with and the facility is well secured, maintained and clean. The easy access both in and out has also worked well. If you’re looking for short or long term storage space, I recommend a visit to Andrea at her site. Thank you Andrea and keep up the great work!

0/10, Corporate Should Be Aware. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve a payment issue caused by the facility’s own account setup error. The unit was not properly linked, which prevented online payment. Instead of correcting the issue, management responded with a condescending tone and threatened to cut my lock and dispose of my property. When a storage company obstructs payment and then threatens destruction of a customer’s belongings, that raises serious concerns about operational compliance and oversight. This situation appears to stem from administrative failure, not customer neglect. Corporate leadership may want to review how this location handles dispute resolution and lien procedures.

Five Stars!! The facility is clean, well lit and very accessible. The process for getting in and out is easy. The manager, Andrea, is knowledgeable. helpful and consistently friendly. I wish I had known about this facility some time ago. Highly recommend

The lady's who work there are theirs! I bought a unit there to put all the items that I won in auction in ( so they could get that unit rented) because apparently people who buy the auctions arent allowed after there office hours. We stated late to get that unit cleaned out for em and now they put a restriction on the unit we rented ( so we could be there past office hours) and told us to clean out our unit. Like the only reason we rented a unit was so we could clear it out but we have mon-fri 9-5 jobs too so there is no time for us to get it only office hours. So not only did we lose 350 bucks on the auction but we lost another 100 for renting a unit that we cant access other than office hours as well as restricted from the third party auctioning site. All for a bunch of trash that the facilities employees went through already. The way they treated us is unfair and demeaning. They shouldn't be in customer service if they treat people how they did us. They effected more than just me in that whole experience. Im sure this wont be the only bad review they get, as long as those stuck up ladies are still working there.
