the assumption I was moving in on the date I came into do paperwork vs. the date I had on my confirmation screwed up all the prorates. and the push for insurance is unbelievable.

Because of the secluded location, I would not feel safe going in there alone after office hours. As far as other measures of satisfaction, I don't have anything to compare it to, as this is my first storage unit rental experience. So far, so good.
