DO NOT RENT HERE. First - they play the 'bait and switch' game. They advertise a space of a certain size (10'x20' for instance) but in actuality it is a 10'x10' space with a hallway to it that they count as part of the storage space. Second - they will jack the rent every 6 months. In a year my rent went from $262 to $419. 3 days notice. No explanation. No reason. And finally - it is nearly impossible to contact them. Even if you drive down to the facility during business hours there is a 50/50 chance you will get to see someone. I did a little research on cost effectiveness. In the same area it is $40 cheaper per month to BUY A PIECE OF PROPERTY AND BUILD A SHED ON IT and make payments for 5 years.

I recently worked with Corleen at Public Storage in New Brighton, and it was an outstanding experience! Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued from the start. Efficient and knowledgeable, she patiently guided me through sizing options and helped secure a storage unit for me. When a glitch hit the online system, Corleen fixed it seamlessly, getting me set up without delay. The facility is spotless and secure, but Corleen elevates it all with her pride and positive energy. No service on site and cheaper units elsewhere. A while ago I was looking at getting a unit here. After setting up a meeting time to get a unit, no one was on site or answering the phone. Calling the number sent me to an answering service and they were unable to connect me to anyone. This process repeated several times. Ultimately I was able to find a unit at a different public storage for half the cost and available help. While helping a family member move, the same situation happened. No one on site, no one available to help on the phone, just bad customer service and a broken gate.

My experience at this Public Storage has been nothing short of amazing. I have been helped and welcomed with open arms since first inquiring about their services. Corleen has went above and beyond to insure all of my questions were answered and has truly taken care of me across the board. I would strongly recommend their services and asking for Corleen if you have any inquiries.

Great experience so far but a little confused at first when finding the unit! However: Jackson the storage manager is a great professional guy who helped guide me through! Give this man a raise!!
