We've used a number of different storage facilities over the years - most of them - think dark, damp and you're standing out in the elements wishing you weren't there. Simply-Self is a total reversal - clean, bright, temperature controlled - regardless of what's happening outside; and an equally comfortable loading and un-loading Zone - all of this, available 24x7. On top of it all Lana makes sure you feel confident about getting in and out, and understanding the whole facility. Great people - a great concept!Full Review

We are moving our sonâs stuff from Madison, WI to this facility in Eagan, MN. The difference between these two facilities is night and day. The Eagan facility is indoors and so much nicer. I love the use of technology to enter the facility and the storage unit with a smart phone. I also love that there are a couple of different ways to enter the facility including parking on the second level in the back or driving directly into the first level and using the lift to get your stuff to the second level. Jeff did a great job of getting my phone set up and gave an outstanding tour of the facility. Being able to use a golf simulator on the facility is also a bonus.Full Review
First time storage rental here:) Talked with the owner about pricing and procedure. He was very helpful and prompt in returning my inquiry. Was able to move in very quickly; the app makes everything super intuitive and so easy! Honestly, I was beyond impressed with how simple it all was. The only feedback I have is maybe some signage would be helpful for newbies, but I figured it out rather quickly (go to the back of the building!).Full Review

This is what you call your "Common" CON ARTIST! They are ever so pleasant when you check in- and there move in/ first few months specials are great... BUT WAIT- once your hit with their HUGE jump in price- so you suck it up and then go to move out- WATCH THE 10 DAY TERMINATION rule!!! They will get you- so you pay with your card- they had our notice we were 5 days shy of the 10 day rule- ok I get it so PRORATE the price- BUT NOPE they charged us a FULL MONTHS RENT- caused havoc on our account- They TOLD us when we handed in our termination notice that we were to take off our locks- BUT we still had 5 of the 10 days paid for- and here is the kicker- they will HOLD YOUR REFUND HOSTAGE something they could fix so easily they make so hard- we were told we would receive a PAPER check in the MAIL in 10-14 BUISNESS DAYS that means they would hold our money for almost a month!!!! BULL CRAP these people are CROOKS!!! BEWARE !!!!!Full Review
