I chose this facility sight unseen because they said I could unpack a moving pod there when I made the reservation. When my pod arrived they said I wasn't actually allowed to park it there but since it was their mistake they let me unpack it. It was kind of dark and sketchy and when I stopped by to get something I found a packet of rat poison in my unit. I moved out 2 months ago and was charged January rent by mistake. There was a change in management and he was impossible to get ahold of. After 7 messages and 2 weeks someone finally picked up the phone and agreed to refund my January rent. This was on 2/4. On 2/7 they sent my account to collections for the exact amount they refunded. I got in touch with them and they said it was a glitch they would fix it, but customer service is impossible to get in touch with and their collections department never picks up. Will never use this company again. So much stress and frustration, total lack of professionalism, and the manager literally told me to "stop giving him attitude" on the phone when I called to complain.Full Review

I was overcharged for padlocks (have to purchase from them in order to receive discount).
Apparently it was not possible to simply refund my credit card. A check needed to be issued for the refund. I was told check was ready and I could stop by and pick it up.
I show up up to get my refund....No check. I contact manager again. I'm told check is there again. Show up...no check. This happens THREE times.
Repeated emails, texts, still have not received a refund that was now supposed to be mailed. AVOID THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Full Review
Their office says that all areas are under surveillance. Not true. I know this because when my garage door wouldn't open, I needed to move to a larger, more expensive unit. This meant I'd need a few days to get help to move our belongings. The staff told another perspective client that whatever is left in the facility, they can take. It was 4 days between getting all of my property moved into the larger unit. I had about $4,000 of my stuff stolen, even took photos of my stuff in the other guy's garage. Gopher storage did nothing and further, when the police asked to see the surveillance tapes, they were told they only have cameras at the office and one of the driveways. Insurance they require I purchase didn't cover it and they did nothing. I don't typically react this way, but I am appalled at the pathetic customer service. RUN - go anywhere but here!!!!!!!!Full Review

We are moving our sonâs stuff from Madison, WI to this facility in Eagan, MN. The difference between these two facilities is night and day. The Eagan facility is indoors and so much nicer. I love the use of technology to enter the facility and the storage unit with a smart phone. I also love that there are a couple of different ways to enter the facility including parking on the second level in the back or driving directly into the first level and using the lift to get your stuff to the second level. Jeff did a great job of getting my phone set up and gave an outstanding tour of the facility. Being able to use a golf simulator on the facility is also a bonus.Full Review

Was able to move in very quickly; the app makes everything super intuitive and so easy! Honestly, I was beyond impressed with how simple it all was.
