If I could leave zero stars, I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They raised my rent without the required 30 days’ notice and then ignored me for over a month while I tried to get answers. I’ve called countless times, left messages, and was promised a call back from the district manager that never came. Instead of resolving the issue, they went ahead and charged me even more the next month—without even sending me a receipt. “EXTRA Closet” is a pretty fitting name, since all they do is charge you extra. Even before the payment issues started, they once removed the locks from our unit without notifying us simply because they had the wrong information in their system. The units themselves have no climate control, are dusty, smelly, and poorly maintained—absolutely not worth the price. Save yourself the headache and rent anywhere else.

I had a rough experience at the beginning of this experience with our unit. We were given a unit and upon arrival, we saw that the unit door was broken. I called the next day to try and get this fixed. The call center put me in touch with the supervisor, who then moved us to a new unit. Afterwards, the district manager reached out to me regarding the issues I was having. He helped me get everything fixed and helped make my moving situation better.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. No care for basic human decency. Increased rent with no warning, will not refund, not climate controlled, overall awful experience and not a good bang for your buck.

My items were thrown away without any notice!!! I still had 2 1/2 weeks left.

Horrible customer service I had a friend rent through them and experienced first hand how horrible they were to them and it’s way to expensive for the bad quality units they rent out
