I spent a significant amount of time looking for storage before I moved to Missouri and after I got here and this place kept coming up. I see people complaining about the prices, until you've lived on the West Coast and had to pay $800 a month for a 20x20 storage space, you have no idea what expensive really is! The prices and their introductory special is incredible! And I had a little bit of a mechanical issue with my door control today and Mika, whom I spoke with by phone, She made sure everything was 100 Handled efficiently, professionally, and immediately! They have a great customer service team, I recommend this place wholeheartedly!
