UPDATE.....WE ARE NOW BEING TOLD TO VACATE STILL WITHOUT EXPLANATION OF THE THEFTS AND CAMERAS STILL DONT WORK OUR ACCOUNT IS PAID TILL 11/30 BUT WE ARE VEING ASKED TO LEAVE BY 11/14.....MARK MY WORK AARON THE PROPERY MANAGER ROGER THE DISTRICT MANAGE PAIGE THE DISTRICT LEAD I BELIEVE THEY ARE INVOLVED AND ERIKA MISS REGINOLA WHO CAN NOT BE BOTHERED I WILL CONTINUE YOURE WRONG .....They do not have security cameras every camera on the property is just hanging by wires not one works my unit has been broken into and i am missing things i have called their office several time without a return call........NOTICE IN THEIR RESPONSE THEY LEFT NO WAY FOR ME TO REACH OUT REGAURDING MY ISSUES......

Cameras do not work! They say they have them but are to grainy to use to identify people that have been consistently breaking in. You would think they would prioritize Cameras and security as the insurance they have has surely gone up as we've been broken into twice in 4 months. I've requested a new handle on my unit as it was damaged and barely hanging on in the last break-in and have yet to receive a call saying they have time to fix it. Im truly disappointed in the experience.

Aaron was very helpful with the leasing process. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend this place for anybody that needs storage in Cape!

I am A 64 year old senior citizenship whom have been with storage of America since 2023. My storage unit has been broken into Twice within a 4 month period. Their service is inadequate, unprofessional, their process takes wayyyy too long! 45 days is ridiculous! And the property manager gets upset because you have to file another claim! How the heck do you think that makes me feel! I lost everything that was of value. There are no camera’s cause they don’t want to invest in camera’s. I am in the process of handling them legally cause this is unacceptable! I have tried to talk to upper management to no avail!. At this point I’m gonna let the legal system handle them. Please don’t respond to me. Cause it just talk. Action speaks louder than words!
