I've really been pleased with using Two Mile Storage. They're in town, convenient, safe and secure. I was able to get the perfect size unit for my needs.

My experience with 2 mile storage was an absolute nightmare...from not being given the correct code to get through the gate after I paid for my unit and drove 40 miles to get to the facility...one of the reasons I picked them was the 24 hour access because I'm disabled and I know it takes me a lot longer then most folks to get things done....I then was accused by another renter to be moved into and living in my unit...he very rudely yelled at my daughter and my granddaughter who is a 4 year old little girl with DOWN SYNDROME.....and couldn't be bothered to wait for me to come out of the unit and yell at me....I was inside the unit sorting through some of my stuff deciding what I was going to take back with me and what I was leaving there...it was pretty cold that morning so I had the unit door closed down a ways but there was at least 3...more like 4 feet of the door was open....but he was yelling at my daughter that it was closed all the way and I had moved in....I was sitting in my walker...and by the time I realized he was yelling at my daughter and I moved a few totes back out of my way because they were between myself and the door to make it easier for my daughter to help move them to take with us and I managed to come back out of the unit with my walker he was gone....later that day I received a text and an email stating I was evicted and I only had 2 days to get all of my stuff moved back out...and anything left after 5 pm on Saturday would be considered abandoned and they were keeping it plus if I was there after that same time they were going to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing...I reread through their rental agreement 2 times and there was nothing in there stating how long I was allowed to take to move my belongings...they said I violated their agreement by taking up residence there...which was a lie...and if that was really what they thought then they should have called the police right then ...I called them numerous times that day and the day after and on Saturday too begging them to at least give me a week or the rest of the month that I had already paid for to figure out how I was going to move my stuff and pay for another unit but the owners couldn't even be bothered to call me back....and I had to call the police to make sure I was able to get my belongings back!!!! I would have given them no stars but I had to click on at least 1 in order to post my review!!!!

Great location and clean! And I love the 24 hour access to my storage and it’s a quiet location! I Would definitely recommend this storage place.

I rented two different units here. The prices are fair and the location is very convenient. The units felt safe and easy to access. At first I was not sure I'd like the electronic lock system, but it was really nice to not have to worry about physical keys. Although the managers are remote, I found it easy to get ahold of them and any issues I had were resolved quickly. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely use this facility again!

Though these are beautiful units, there is no office to walk into with problems. All the customer service is based out of the country, and my dad cannot understand anyone. I have helped my dad get the same info to them twice, and it still hasn't been added correctly. Super frustrating experience. If you aren't super tech savvy, or have hearing issues, PLEASE save yourself the frustration, and go elsewhere.
