If you are smart enough to read this review before engaging in Public Storage, run, hit delete on your computer, and look anywhere else besides Public Storage. They will promise you anything to get your stuff in their posession then within two months, your rent goes up. It doesn't stop there. It continues to rise. It's like a bait and switch. Their marketing plan is that they figure you'd rather pay slow rent increases rather than move your stuff again. I started off in June with a promise of $105 a month. It's eight months later, and my rent is $197. There is no help from anyone to talk to me about why my rent keeps going up. My stuff just sits there. Get it in writing if they will, but don't count on it.

Great and friendly place. Kristen was super helpful despite the weather and made it a top priority to help me. Will definitely recommend and having this clean storage space is a must go to

Kirsten was an absolute model of real customer service...not just regurgitating some script, but personable, helpful and considerate. It was obvious she truly wished to make my experience a good one not for the sale but as.someone who believed in the company and to share the information. I did go with another company but only because it was closed to work and home .but thank you Kirsten! You were amazing!
