Our time was up, and we needed to move our vintage convertible. We keep the top down for a reason year round. It was 13 degrees and snowy out when the day came we had to move out. This Storage Mart worked with us. It was such a relief they understood and helped us in a fair manner. So refreshing. I have a new respect for this storage company.

I’ve been with Storage Mart since 2018 never really had much issues. The only issue I had was when they raised rent and I didn’t understand that when I’ve been here for so long, but Matt has been amazing. He helped me understand the price increases and also helped me get into a smaller unit Quick and easy. His customer service was great and was nice that he was willing to go the extra mile to help me.

Matt the store manager is amazing ‼️He goes above and beyond . I had never had a storage unit before and he has made everything very simple in understanding the process. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at StorageMart on Reddick Ave. The facility was clean, easy to access, and well-maintained. Matt really stood out. He had a great attitude, was very polite, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. Customer service like that makes a big difference. Overall, smooth process and friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend this location if you need storage in the Omaha area.

I’ve rented with this storage mart and had multiple units for over 3 years. I highly recommend for sizing, access and pricing. The couple times I needed assistance from the office, I usually email instead of calling. Matt always promptly responds and provides the best solutions the accommodated my needs.
