Website kept crashing while trying to set up the insurance portion of the lease so I had to opt into insurance and email for a refund on the premium. Unit was ready but we were confused about the mini green tag that closed the door and how to remove it since it didn’t just “pinch and pull off” like we thought it would. The tag wasn’t mentioned in the instructions so we weren’t sure what to do about it but eventually we got it off. Great location and clean premises.
