I was only here for a few moments picking up items for my aunt. It was very clean, very easy to navigate, very uniform. The lock was a little tricky for me, but once I got it, I realized it was me, not the lock LOL! Doesn’t have a strange odor, the seams look tight, doesn’t look like critters have the space to crawl anywhere! I’d probably give it 5 stars if I had property in the space.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Jack, and they are both wonderful people. Jim assisted me with every question I had and thoroughly guided me through the paperwork process. Jack was also very helpful in showing me around. Additionally, I appreciated that they both take pride in keeping the place clean, which is something I value highly. Thank you both!

When my father passed some of his family members tried to go to the storage unit to take some of his things to sell it. However, the two gentlemen that were working the front desk didn’t allow them to enter. Not only did they allow me to extend my fathers unit lease but they also we very accommodating with the removal of our trash bags, but most importantly refusing anyone access into the unit. I’m thankful and very appreciative! This location is clean and well managed! Keep up the great work!

Jack from extra space storage in Bloomfield hands down absolutely amazing and the most kind hearted man I ever met I’m a single mom with a 4 year old who had no help with moving today uhual truck and all but jack took the time out of his day and went the extra extra EXTRA mile ! with his job and helped me move and fit EVERYTHING ! into my storage unit this meant the absolute most to me as I’m going through a really difficult time in life right now and it’s people like jack and this business that make life a little bit better when it’s difficult .💕you never know what someone is going through and to always remain kind and patient that was jack today

My experience with the staff at the store has been good, place is always clean..although 2 years ago there was a mouse issue due to people storing food!!! The insurance is definitely worth it and they do pay you if you have a legit claim!! Extra Space tool care of the issue immediately, got rid of the problem people as well as the mice. We have been using this one in Bloomfield for 5 yrs now and the only other issue I have is that they RAISE THE FEES every few months. Never ever goes down and they will NOT let you use the dumpster because they have to pay a weight fee!! As much as they charge for the units,we should be able to use the dumpster....especially if there was a mouse problem and stuff needs to get tossed out....they told me i had to use my own car and throw stuff out!!! I don't want mouse droppings and whatever other gross stuff in my car. BUT they have worked with me on the rates. So that is definitely appreciated. This was the cleanest and friendliest storage facility around my area. I do miss Jaslyn and definitely miss Jazmin my very 1st contact, but Jim and Jack are great also. I must give a shout out to Jack who was a great help to me on an issue and he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for having them. They should get a nice lunch from the company!!
