Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.

Office manager was pleasant and helpful in finding a suitable storage unit. She was also very thorough in explaining the terms and conditions and the billing procedures and very efficient in setting up the account.

Teresa was awesome

Teresa was awesome. Too bad extra space corporate office has a bait and hook policy with rate hikes. Once you’re in the door with the promo fee, they wait a month or two and then start raising prices. Too bad. People that work there are awesome. But not the big shots in corporate office.
