I rented the 10Ã—10 on 8th of the month...

I rented the 10Ã—10 on 8th of the month and now I'm being proraited for the first i thought it was supposed to be from the 8th to the 7th you're staff should have explained a little better i wasn't expecting the first of the month i still have to pay rent and security on my new apt on the 31st of this month quite confused

Danielle was very helpful, explained everything, answered questions and was very patient. Of course im sure management wants her to sell their products but you can always say 'no'. I did buy some boxes and stuff because its right there. convenience. thanks again Danielle.
